THE KITCHEN WON’T BITE“The kitchen won’t bite” is a practical colourful entertainment book aimed at the average person which is not necessarily a good entertainer or cook but who enjoys entertaining. Hence the name.The book is written in the form of an interactive workbook (when printed) where the user can make their own notes. It is divided into twelve months, each with a specific theme. Each month has a calendar that the user can use for birthdays and other important dates in general. There are two menus each month that the reader can use as a guide to a function plan. Other interesting topics are discussed, eg the use of herbs, different cheeses, wines and music tips for that special evening.The aim of the book is a practical manual with easy recipes covering a wide range of topics. The themes in the book are addressed, eg soup and bread, picnics, formal dinners and recipes from other countries and cultures just to mention a few.The fact that you are reading this, means you are already interested and that is great start. All the recipes have been tested and all of them are still alive – so you are safe.
